New Classes

We just added two new classes to the fall schedule! Both are taught by Sue Maitre. The first is a Binding and Finishing class. Need help learning how to square up a quilt for quilting or get the perfect corners on your binding? Then this class is for you!

Already know how to finish up a quilt? Then consider signing up for Sue's Stars by Magic class. You will learn how to make diamond free stars with perfect points and no y-seams! You will really impress your friends with this technique!

Tonee White

In case you all didn't know, we have a celebrity teacher here at the Shoppe! She has been in the quilting industry for a very long time, and has even written a few books. One of her newest patterns can be seen in this month's American Patchwork and Quilting magazine.

I am of course talking about Tonee White :-) Tonee is a very talented designer and teacher, and to top it off, she is super nice! She has lots of classes coming up so take advantage of her vast knowledge and experience!! Here are a few of her upcoming classes:

2011 Valley of the Sun Shop Hop

It's that crazy time of year again!! The Valley of the Sun Shop Hop begins September 16th! Passports and charms will be available here at the Shoppe for $5.00 starting on Tuesday August 9th. They are limited so hurry in!!

We also had some new fabrics come in over the last week: Renee Nanneman's Halloween line, 'Spellbound,' and a Christmas line from Makower called 'Joyful Christmas.' Pictures for both will be on the website this afternoon.
